The car was good quality, pick up location and drop off was secure, communication was good, the only room for improvement would have been more timely. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend.

The car worked fine most of the drive it was fine , the car had issues and needed to get towed. Left us stranded with no where to go and left in a random town
My car was destroyed in the inside food everywhere smells rotten vegetables, food, fruit, dirt everywhere in the inside of the car in the trunk very disappointed. The car was almost brand new in the inside the damage for my car not running right they did not check the oil oil and everything was fine before they went over eight 900 miles to a camping and have my car in the camping yard destroyed

Owner was very communicative! Ran into some issues with the car during the trip but owner helped to find a solution that worked for both of us.
The error is on the car on the Hyundai. Sonata has been corrected. Everything is fixed. Pictures are on the app. Both cars are always full with gas and washed and clean before the one time was the first time out rented and it was a last-minute thing but my calls are always washed interior clean smelling good and errors are all corrected.

Car did not come fully filled with gas or a car wash. Also, they do not offer no contact pick-up other than that, they were very kind and the car runs amazing
this was my first rental and it was booked at 10:45 at night to be picked up at 7:00 am in the morning so i had no time to do any thin g but the next rental when she picked up it was on full tank and washed
