Pick instructions was great, car was clean, great on miles

Car quality was bad-the window wouldn’t roll up intermittently, check engine light came on shortly after leaving, and the back tires started to sound like they were going to fall off. The directions for pick up could’ve been sent earlier so that we weren’t waiting at the airport for the next steps on where to go. Host was sometimes quick to respond but ultimately couldn’t get us another car and allowed for early drop off and we had to go with another rental.
We understand how frustrating and stressful these mechanical and communication issues must have been for you. We take vehicle quality seriously and are currently auditing our maintenance protocols to ensure all features are fully functional and every car is thoroughly checked before pickup. We also hear your concerns regarding the instructions and are working to provide those much earlier to prevent any waiting at the airport.
