The location was conveniently close to the airport, pickup was smooth. The car was good, just in need of a detail/vacuum. I had an issue with the communication when I returned the car a day early. They(host and cohost) made it seem as if I'd be reimbursed for the day telling me to contact Turo for reimbursement and then stopped communication with me and didn't answer/respond to Turo when they reached out. I wouldn't rent from them again based of their customer service practices.
