He was a super nice guy and the car was super nice. He did take the time to show me most of the features and provided a helpful video to watch. The FSD worked perfectly and really was a great first Tesla experience - this is what is carrying this 4 star review. Full disclosure, we were agreed to meet at 2:30pm but were waiting about an hour outside of the airport for the car to arrive. Communication was not the best via text as I awaiting the pick up and later I was unsure how/where to drop off the vehicle. I message the night prior - around 9:30pm - to our departure requesting instructions as I wasn't clear and we had an 8am flight. The Turo app instructed me to drop the vehicle and check the car in the airport lot with my phone # - so I did. David let me know after I boarded my flight that I should have gotten a ticket to park the car and he was going to let me know what the charge for parking without the ticket would be. The parking machine did not give me an option to receive a ticket even if I had that information ahead of time. So that is still unsettled and he implied he would bill me later for whatever the amount of parking his vehicle should be - which I feel is outside of my responsibility. Overall, the car served the purpose of the trip and this could have been a 5 star with better communication and timeliness. I sincerely appreciate him letting us rent this vehicle.

Fun car that got lots of compliments on the looks and rides really fun with full FSD if you need! Tesla charging in my area was short and I needed to strategize charging more than I realized (first time Tesla renter/driver) Would get this car for my gf and I again though!

Car was perfect! Loved the experience with FSD and the host was awesome! Answered all my questions and was extremely helpful when needed. Would absolutely rent from again!

I booked this vehicle weeks in advance. Even still, there was poor communication from the host, a delay at the beginning of my rental as i stood outside by the car waiting, simple maintenance issues with the vehicle that could’ve been fixed before my rental, and the host’s lack of any interest in providing any substantial refund for the issues that occurred during my $550 4-day rental. Rent at your own risk.
