Check the rear brakes. Sounds like pads are going. Otherwise very happy.

The car was good. I had no issues driving. However when I went to pick it up it was not in the location stated, but across the way. It took 45 minutes and a FaceTime video to locate. When I returned it AN HOUR EARLY there was no place for me to check out. My trip was honeymoon n the app. I could not get hold of the host, but left a message. I used the help on line to explain I had returned the car at 9:30 am and they were assisting me, then before it was resolved they disappeared. I enlisted the help of another chat person and they assured me that the car had been checked out already and that I couldn’t find the place to check out on the app because it was returned early. I received several emails with a ‘check out’ button such as the one i used now, but when I tried to use it, it kept telling me ‘sorry it could not be processed’. I did this 5 times to no avail. The communication is terrible. I’m a 77 year old woman traveling alone . I thought this would be easier and cheaper on my wallet. It was cheaper,renting was great, but support was terrible at best. If I am charged a late fee, I will seek an attorney , and include the stress that I endured.

Car is in pretty rough shape on the outside. The owner of the car definitely smoked cigs and/or weed in here before we received it.

The exact description of an affordable rental! A to b with Bluetooth😁. Back-up camera didn’t work and when delivered it didn’t smell like smoke I know they tried to rid it of the smell but eventually it did come thru the ac
