DO NOT RENT. Pics are NOT up to date on what the car looks like! Bumper was zip tied and tapped on. Heaps of dints and dings. A overwhelming cheap cologne smell filled the car every time the aircon was turned on. Smelled of cigarettes. Windshield wipers are horrible I couldn’t see out the window, very dangerous!! The passenger front wheel squeals. Couldn’t connect to Apple car play. Is NOT a hybrid. Car wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed. Would NOT pick up at airport! Witnessed other turo drivers at airport. Had to pay 36$ tip for uber just to get to car and then again to get to airport. Never have had such a bad experience with Turo before. Not happy that I was mislead in so many ways

Hello the damage to the bumper was not there before you booked. It literally happened the trip right before yours. Us not providing Airport delivery was mis read on your part. You had the option to cancel your booking once I told you we did not provide that service. Also you never reached out and asked for help with Bluetooth connection or anything. I appreciate your business but this review is not accurate at all. Have a great day.
