This vehicle was very very dirty especially outside. A very very strong cigarette smoke scent. Screws not car screws holding the bumper on. The car had less than half a tank of gas. I would not rent this car. I canceled immediately and Turo still charged me for a hour. I was very disappointed in the quality of this car. I trust Turo to vet the vehicles that they have on there site. That was not the case with this vehicle at all.
I give less than zero stars. I was inconvienced and then charged as if I was at fault. Very disappointed.

Hi Stephanie, sorry the car didn't meet your expectations. We perform routine cleaning between rentals to keep our cars ready for daily use. Regarding the fuel, the car had a half tank at pickup and only needed to be returned with a half tank as well. If you were unhappy with the vehicle's condition, we would have gladly agreed to an immediate cancellation and authorized a full refund. The charge you received was issued automatically by Turo's system. Thank you for your review."

Car runs good 👍 Host responds in a timely manner in regards to any questions. The only con is the cosmetic repair for the exterior and interior and just to make sure car is fully sanitized before next customer. Other than that overall good experience great commuter car !
