The car quality is what you would expect from a 2013. A LOT of wear and tear. The brakes were in terrible condition as well as the rotors. The windshield was stained, which was not ideal in a rainy state like Oregon. It was very difficult to see while driving.
Upon pick up, the lockbox was not charged previous to the reservation and was unable to get into the vehicle. The host and the cohost were unable to assist and was stuck at the airport for an hour until we got a solution.
A lot of the features in the vehicle did not work such as the CarPlay and the sunroof.
I was advised I would receive some sort of compensation for losing time in my vacation and the hose denied that information to Turo.
All around a very terrible experience and was my first bad experience with Turo. No
