Major problems returning the car early as required by medical emergency. Needed to have alternate driver return car but told that only the primary could return it. So we returned it and was refunded funds but the system continued to notify us that it was not turned in. Very poor system due to failure to inform customers up front on the restricted problematic process of return.

The car is parked in the surface lot and there is no cell phone acting there. I spent two hours there until Ethan showed up to help me out. I dropped the car off this morning and like I said-no cell phone service. The tire pressure light is on but the tires are fine, apparently there is a sensor out.
