I wouldn’t normally rent a Corolla but the airport was out of cars and I was desperate. The cost of the rental is ridiculously overpriced when compared to the quality of the car. The inside of the car appeared clean at first glance, but the steering wheel felt like there was a film on it. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with a stench seemingly consisting of smoke and air freshener. My kids and I dreaded getting into the car every time. Pickup location could have been better. The shuttle to the pickup location and back to the airport was fine, but having to pay another $4 just to leave the lot was irritating. Not sure how this car had such a good rating.
Hey Jodi we gave you the car way earlier than you’re supposed to pick up time. You would’ve paid way more if you would’ve changed the pick up time for earlier pick up and we did that out of courtesy Plus we told you that you had to pay the parking space I understand you’re upset, but you don’t have to rate the vehicle 🚗 like if it was a bad vehicle sorry for the inconvenience that you had to go through. Have a great day.
