Exterior of car had scratches and dents all over it and it was completely filthy dirty on the outside. Needed to at least go through a car wash prior to drop off. Interior was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke pretty bad. Also had a cigarette burn in the drivers seat. Not a terrible experience but could have been better for what we paid for.
