DeMarcus was absolutely amazing! He was always responsive, and the car worked perfectly throughout my rental. When the repairs on my own car took longer than expected, he accommodated a last-minute extension so I could continue getting to work. I truly appreciated his flexibility, excellent communication, and outstanding service. Definitely a five star experience. I highly recommend renting from DeMarcus!
