Brunson was so helpful for my first time using Turo, I could not of asked for a better host!!! The car did well and was a good drive. A bit of a mamajuana sort of smell when I picked it up and the plastic surfaces on the dash and seats were dusty or sticky - but for the price I paid I understood those sort of things may be a possibility. Overall I was happy and became comfortable using the car once I got settled!

The car was making this noise that I'm not familiar.. and sometimes I wasn't even sure if it would start. I'm not sure if that if normal for a Mazda but something felt off ... I had already paid my money and I didn't have a backup plan so I just had to deal with it. I do like that it's a gas saver and an eco vehicle... But it was still kind of scary thinking that I might get stuck somewhere. Everything else was fine. The owner was great with communication. I liked the Chevy more because it starts up right away.
Hello Melanise, we have taken note of your review and have since had the vehicle inspected. It does appear that the starter was starting to give out resulting in inconsistent cranking behavior. We have since fixed the issue by replacing the starter with a new one.
