Car was fine, missing an outer mirror cap but no big deal. Biggest issue was the smell. Someone smoked heavily in this car and it never went away. Absolutely disgusting to drive around the whole trip with that smell. Now they want to charge us extra because they say we were late turning the car in.

Thank you for your feedback. I informed the guest about the mirror cover issue in advance and offered the option to cancel, but received no response. The guest remained silent until the return, and I only received this complaint after the vehicle was returned late. No extra fees were charged,
I simply provided parking instructions in advance.
The vehicle was clean before the trip, and I always strive to provide a great experience.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced. Please note that, in order to prevent theft, the vehicle key must be kept with you at all times and should not be left inside the vehicle. Thanks to our security protocols, the vehicle was successfully located within two hours.
