CAR DROVE TERRIBLE. Getting the car was confusing off the lot he had it in. Turos return policy to swap the car was terrible and inconvenient. He asked why didn’t I let him come get it when I called two days ago to complain, TURO told me he refused to self retrieve and he was not paying for tow. Too much miscommunication between host Turo and me. Just overall a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE all together.
If the car drove terrible, then how did you drive the car for more than 300 miles? and all of a sudden when your trip was about to end in 2 hours you called Turo and said the car won’t start, when I went to check the car the gas tank was empty as soon as I filled the gas the car started and drive fine.
