Excellent experience - I highly recommend.

The car was delivered exactly on time, clean, and without any odors. The host was communicative and responsive throughout the process. However, there was a problem at delivery that required immediate attention. While the host took care of the issue responsibly, resolving it took 2 hours out of our morning and caused us to miss our carefully planned activities. Four stars reflects a great car and host, but a tough delay.
