The car was perfect. The car was clean. The car was amazing on Gas. What was not amazing and not perfect was the communication with the renter. I needed to change my trip and drop the car off a day earlier. I was not looking to get any money off of my renters fee. I messaged the renter and absolutely NO reply which in return cost me $60 for an Uber home. My trip ended earlier than what I planned and to save that $60 for an Uber ride, I wanted to drop it off Sunday instead of Monday when my wife could drive me back. This is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced a renter not communicate with any question that I’ve ever had while renting through Turo.
