Car was great. Clean and well kept and we really enjoyed driving it. It was super frustrating that he brought the car to the airport a day before our planned pickup so we had to pay $30 to exit the airport. That should be disclosed before booking. It was also frustrating that we were expected to return the car with a 91% charge but it was only 80% when we picked up. Otherwise it was a good experience.
I’d like to clarify that airport parking fees are disclosed in the automated messages sent at the time of booking, so guests are informed in advance that airport exit fees are the responsibility of the renter. These fees are set by the airport and are outside of my control.
Regarding the battery level, the vehicle was delivered at approximately 80%, which is standard for EV rentals. I appreciate your comments and will continue improving communication to ensure expectations are clear.
