The check-in and check-out process was very simple and easy. The hosts were flexible and helpful throughout the experience.
The car was clean and in good condition. There were a few minor scratches from regular use, which is understandable for a car of this mileage and nothing out of the ordinary.
Overall, everything went smoothly and the experience was great.
