Pickup and drop-off were seamless and very easy, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the vehicle did not meet expectations. There were noticeable bumps and scuffs on the rear bumper, and the interior felt quite worn. There was also a slight rattling sound while driving. While the car did get us from point A to point B, I likely would have chosen a different vehicle had I seen its condition prior to booking.

Kind of beat up on the inside

Car was not in good condition and I felt like I got an inbox like every hour it was always something I just didn’t feel comfortable in this vehicle

I have rented a few times but this was THE WORST ! Car had a flat tire because tires were worn and there was no spare in the vehicle. Host advised me to get tire fixed at a repair shop even though I was stuck on the side of the highway without any assistance and had to call roadside through the app and the host sent me an invoice for $212 for getting the car tower back to host location. Only gave me a third of my refund , did not reimburse for my uber that i had to take home or even offer another vehicle or even reach out to see if i needed anything while being stuck on the express lane of the dangerous highway . RENT WITH CAUTION !! Unfortunately the cars are dated , need work and not in the safest condition and if anything happens you will be at risk . There ate 5 host on this account and no one has reached out to assist and want to charge me for their irresponsible mess of renting a car with bad tires and no spare .
