The car was great & ran smooth!! Host had great communication. I did almost miss my train due to inacurate drop off address which lead to 20 mins of trying to get to a parking garage other then that everything was perfect

I do NOT recommend renting from this host. The car is unsafe.

On the third day of the trip, I noticed that one of the front tires was completely bald, and the other front tire had a different tread pattern. I immediately informed the host and explained that this was unacceptable and unsafe. I asked him to replace the tires himself.

The host agreed but suggested that I go to the tire shop myself the next day. When I arrived at the shop, I discovered that all four tires on the car were different in brand and tread pattern, which violates Turo’s policy and basic safety standards. I notified the host again, and he promised to replace all four tires.

However, in the end:
• They installed used tires (not new);
• The rear tires are mismatched;
• The front tires are the same, but one of them was mounted in the wrong direction;
• The car remained unsafe to drive.

The host offered me a replacement vehicle, but I declined, because I no longer trust the condition of his other vehicles after this experience.

As a result:
• I spent several hours visiting the service station and dealing with this issue;
• I couldn’t use the car properly and canceled some planned trips;
• I lost time, energy, and peace of mind, handling a problem that the host was responsible for.

I strongly advise against renting from this host. The car I received was not roadworthy. If you still decide to rent from him, make sure to check the condition of the tires and overall safety of the vehicle before driving.
