Here’This was our first Turo experience, and Alex made it a great one! We rented his 2023 Ford Mustang convertible for my son’s 12th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
The car was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. One detail I really appreciated was that he included the cable for Apple CarPlay, which made it so easy to connect and enjoy the drive.
We chose delivery and pickup since we were staying on Collins, and Alex was right on time for both. He was incredibly welcoming and took a few minutes to show my son around the car, which made his birthday even more special. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience, not just renting out a vehicle.
If we’re back in Miami and looking for another convertible, Alex will absolutely be the first person we check with. Highly recommend!
