Car had an off putting smell and was not as clean as I thought it would be. The car had no mechanical issues and was very easy to drive and get around.

The car was Kind of disappointing. It was a bumpy ride and it didn’t have the newer technology I thought it would have for such a new car. The tires felt like they were bald or there’s something wrong because it was really rough ride and loud ride other than that I guess it was OK.
Kevin, we’re sorry to hear this didn’t meet expectations. The tires on this vehicle were brand new and properly inflated before your trip, and we did not observe any issues with ride quality. The seats are leather and were inspected with no stains prior to check-in. We always encourage guests to report concerns during the trip so we can address them right away.
