It’s a good clean and pretty vehicle drives very smooth. The vehicle will need to be charged several times if going a long distance on the highway, however the navigation will route you to superchargers which will help with saving some time. The host is very friendly and will respond to messages in a timely manner.

The service was good pretty OK. I had a problem with how long does car charge but everything else was good.

I understand charging can sometimes take longer depending on the charger type and battery level. We always try to provide the vehicle with a good charge level and clear instructions to make the experience easier

When I picked up the car, the seat covers was dirt, as well as the sunvisors, and when I returned the car a day early, he refused to close out the trip until the next day when it was time to turn in the car.
Thank you for your feedback, Nyisha. The vehicle was returned early close to midnight, outside of our normal drop-off hours of 8 AM–8 PM, so the trip was closed the following morning during business hours. Also, there were no low tire pressure warnings before, during, or after the trip when the vehicle was returned. We carefully inspect and maintain our vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for every guest
