Great experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove great throughout the trip. The host was very communicative and easy to reach whenever I had questions or needed anything. I ended up having a late return due to an unexpected issue during the trip, and the host was understanding and worked with me through the situation. I really appreciate the communication and customer service. I’d definitely rent from this host again!

There is some liquid dripping on the inside of the car in the floor board. It has dried up but I wanted you to know. It was probably the A/C but wanted to make sure.

Shundreka, thank you for the review. Here is what we found. We do routine deep cleaning on cars to include the vents. The car had the full ozonator and deep clean process completed immediately prior to your booking. The liquid was the sanitizer for the vents. The ac is working properly.
