The car was basically trashed and smelled of stale smoke, though I am being reimbursed this was truly unacceptable. On top of the car needing maintenance and the brakes aren’t up to par this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. Hopefully the next driver has it better than I did.
Thank you for reporting the condition left by prior renter including smoking, as noted all costs were reimbursed and last checkup at dealership noted no brake issues whatsoever but still will be taken there again now.

Terrible car had no gas and was very dirty
Uncharacteristically was out of town between guests, prior must’ve left it that way; it also rained between rentals; a car isn’t “terrible”1 star just because it isn’t vacuumed, overly dramatic ; also keys belong in the key lock from which they were provided not to be left in the car unlocked which was dangerous and irresponsible.
