Thank you for your valuable feedback. we always make sure car is clean but at airport guest instead of putting there luggage in trunk they are putting the luggage on back seat. sometime that leave he bag wheel marks on surfaces. we will further improve our service and remind guest to please use the trunk for luggage. we will happy to earn your business in the future as well.

we provided the car without any issue. guest smoked in and left trash inside the car. we politely ask. but guest was upset about it. we take pride of our service. reviews speaks about customer satisfaction. we thoroughly steam clean and detailed the car after the trip. for Future guest we will make sure the car will serve you very well. we appreciate the upcoming guest business and will meet n exceed the expectations.
Excellent communication from time of booking to the return of the car. Easy, clear instructions from host. The civic drove like a dream for the 7 days I rented it. I drove from Kentucky to New York without a single issue with this super fuel efficient car!!! Do not hesitate to book it!
