I rented the Hyundai Sonata
1. The vehicle has a noticeable wobble/vibration at higher speeds (around 45 mph), which feels like it may be coming from the front right tire/wheel. This raised a safety concern.
2. I notified the host, and the host agreed to let me return the vehicle and switch it out. However, after that, communication stopped and I did not receive follow-up assistance.
3. The key fob appears to malfunction intermittently. The vehicle repeatedly displayed that the key was not in the car even while the key was inside, which delayed me and caused me to be late for work. I took a photo documenting the warning message.
4. The interior cleanliness was below expectations and could use detailing.
Overall, this has not been a smooth rental experience.

The pickup and drop-off process was simple and convenient, which made the whole rental stress-free. The Sonata itself is a solid choice—spacious interior, good trunk space, and modern features that made the ride enjoyable.
The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It drove smoothly, had excellent fuel efficiency, and was very comfortable for both short trips and longer drives. Highly recommended. 👍

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
