Car broke down and couldn't be utilized on the 26th. Car needed to be towed and never showed up..baby ants here and there crawling in the car. The co-host doesn't respond. Had to speak with the main turo number thru this terrible process. I used turo b4. Due to this situation I doubt I ever will. As of today the 27th at 825am no tow truck has arrived. And a tow truck was notified at 730 8pm. A horrible last 2 days

1)non of the hands free features worked properly.
2)Host forced me to get an oil change, with promises of reimbursement.
3)Get oil change just for car to then still break down on me.
4)Blame me for not getting the oil changed when he wanted.
5)Car had to be towed and had to wait till the next day for a replacement
6)still have yet to be reimbursed $110 oil change
