I returned car at 6:30.Nobody was there to accept car and there was no lock box.Owner contacted me and asked me to leave key in the visor.Car should have been cleaner.The interior of the windshield was dirty.I cleaned it.There was no windshield fluid.I contacted owner and he was defensive.It appears that the owner's standards are not up to professional standards.

The car was cleaned and ready before your trip, and you confirmed it drove great with no issues. Cleanliness concerns were only raised at the end after a full one-day use and 200 miles, so a refund isn’t justified.
Drop-off instructions were provided when you contacted me, and the key handoff was handled accordingly.
