This host was super helpful and so so easy to use. I had to come to New England for a family emergency very last minute and the only rental I could find was this one and it was such a blessing. I didn’t have any issues and the whole reservation was very straightforward. I highly recommend this host

While the communication was excellent and the car was easy to find at the airport, the marijuana smell was so bad when we opened the doors and for several days it was uncomfortable and caused allergy issues. When I texted the owner he said they couldn’t help people smoking in it and was aware of the problem, but didn’t disclose it as the listing shows non-smoking. It was as if someone had hotboxed in the car recently. We had to drive with the windows down for as long as we could and picked up air fresheners to try and help. By the time we returned the car it was better. We arrived at the airport too late in evening to make any alternative arrangements so we went forward with our rental. It was disappointing as this was my first experience with Turo on this type of smoking issue.
