Car was clean and wonderful to drive.
Biggest issue is that the key kept coming apart, and while we were loading up to go to airport the car locked with the key inside.
Even though it was early early morning, the owner was quick to respond and unlock remotely.
We had to change our flight, so it would have been nice to be given phone access like we have for other teslas we have rented, but otherwise it was a perfect rental

Flight arrived early. Messaged hosts to let them know and arranged to pickup early. When I got to the car messaged hosts but they didn’t respond. Had to wait 15min late night at the parking lot with small kids outside locked car. and had to call Turo rep to contact the hosts to have the car unlocked.
Hosts parked the car at the airport parking lots 3h before pickup time. It sounds like I will need to pay for parking. No mention of additional airport parking fee in rental terms. Also parking the car 3h early is not necessary and incurs extra parking charges.
