Ivan was so great dealing with this first time old lady turo user. I was on a very sudden, very stressful trip and he worked with me and was patient and guided me on the process. The car was nice and clean and he was very responsive to my messages. I would be happy to work with him again if I have to come back to the Lubbock area. Thank you Ivan!
