This was my first experience with Turo and it couldn’t have been better. I learned about this service 2 hours before my trip to Chicago which was in jeopardy due to booking issues with one of the major car rental companies. This was the most user friendly, easy and convenient was to travel via rental car. Joel and his team were incredible, communication was clear with quick responses. Car was clean, nice and very comfortable, and the process couldn’t have been any easier. 10/10 experience and will definitely use again.

The car was smooth but unfortunately the car was dirty when received on the inside and out. Car smelled like weed and there was no windshield wiper fluid to even try to clean the front window.
Sounds like we need to do better
