The good - host was communicative, car was clean and fit the description
The bad - I had to fill up the tire with air every 12 hours. When I let the host know, they said that they were glad we made it safe. Not providing any real help or assistance. On the final drive, the tire lost air completely. I changed the flat myself and was charged $211 for the replacement. If I disputed the charge, the owner said they would escalate through Turo, which charges an additional $150.
The owner said the Louisville roads are bad and they experience 2 FLATS A MONTH.
