SCAM!! We originally booked an Audi which is another one of Nick’s vehicles. Upon arriving to the address I was told I would receive instructions on where to find the car and I never did. This left me on the side of the road with all my suitcases in a foreign area. After contacting the host again I was told that the car which I had booked (weeks ago) was unable to be located. He then told me to walk up the street and I was going to be taking the Red Tesla instead. I was not asked if that was okay or offered any compensation, as these vehicles are not comparable. I then had to wait at the new car for over an hour while his assistant was on the phone with customer service switching my reservations. The whole process felt very scam like and uncomfortable as the assistant told me not to contact customer service myself. I was eager to start my vacation so I brushed it off after the host told me he would bring the Audi to me and swap cars once it was “found”. Well I never heard from the host again, never was given the car I booked or any compensation for over an hour of my time wasted. When I contacted customer service I was informed that I should have contacted them myself and they would have booked me in another vehicle OF MY CHOICE not with the same host. And on top of it all, the Audi I had booked had been deemed “mechanically unavailable” prior to my reservation. Therefore, the whole story I was told was a lie and no reservation should have been confirmed on that car. Overall, SO NOT recommend booking with this host! (only good part was the self driving)
Even after the reservation I contacted the host again asking for compensation and he continued to lie telling me the car was impounded lol

Nick was such a great host. I had a small problem(I lost the valet pin) and he was immediately available at night to fix it.
The car also came with FSD and it was such a dream. Great rental
