Charged me $1500 for scratches I didn’t cause, with no proof it happened during my rental. When I reached out to resolve it, the host went completely silent — no response, no accountability. Had to escalate to Turo directly Avoid unless you’re prepared to fight an unsubstantiated damage claim with zero cooperation from the host.
