This was not a favorable car rental experience for us. We had a difficult time trying to add a second driver. Every time they would send an authentication code, we would enter it right away, but it would then give an error code that said it expired. As far as the car went, we were not given information to locate the car ahead of time. It wasn't until we called the host from the rental garage that he told us the floor and parking spot of the car. In addition, the Tesla model 3 that we received had some problems that were not disclosed ahead of time. The navigation system showed up on the screen, but the audible directions for it did not work. The sound was muffled, and then eventually stopped working at all. Not great when trying to drive in a city like Los Angeles with its challenging traffic! Fortunately there were 2 of us in the car so one person was able to read the screen navigation so the other person could focus on driving. When I called the host to ask about this, he said, "oh that hasn't been working for a while now." There was no sound for the turn signals either. The brakes were also pretty squeaky. This is the first time I have used Turo and will probably not use it again.

Great experience renting this Tesla. The car was clean well maintained and drove perfectly. The customer service was excellent, friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again.
