🚨 SCAMMER / CON ARTIST !! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 🚨 I picked up this vehicle and within hours discovered ants inside the car. I notified the host that same evening, and by the following morning the ant problem had become so bad that I contacted him again and requested compensation. The host discussed compensating me after reviewing the issue, but when I later followed up regarding the refund, I was instead accused of damaging the front bumper—damage I DID NOT cause and am now formally disputing with Turo. I have a pre-trip pickup photo showing a visible condition in the same bumper/headlight area before I drove the vehicle, and I have asked Turo to verify the host’s alleged “before” photos and their timestamps. Receiving a car INFESTED with ants was bad enough, but having to defend myself against a damage claim afterward made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING if you choose to rent here—I personally would never book with this host again.
