They continue to chose to use an “off airport” “budget parking” lot that has absolutely atrocious shuttle service. They think the shuttles run every 5-10 minutes. In reality a shuttle comes by (if you are lucky) every 45 minutes to an hour. It is absolutely unacceptable. And this is not a one off. This is third time I’ve had to do a Turo at this “Budget parking lot” and every time it was a mess with the shuttles — both getting there and getting back. It ruins the entire Turo experience. They chose to park their turos there to save five bucks, and make us spend an hour each way instead. Never using them again until they change parking lots.
Note: the car itself was perfect.
