The condition of the car for being a 2024 was somewhat lacking. Car had an odor, front air dam broken, paint and dents, couple chips in windshield. Got here a few minutes early, but the car will arrive exactly at time start so that wasn't as convenient as other Turo pickups I've used where the car is there and ready give or take a bit. I had to call to ask if the car was there or not and the call center person wasn't the most helpful. Conclusion was just to wait the 10-15 minutes since he couldnt reach anyone. Instructions in the text/email differ than the process that occurred. No lock box to leave the key. Would be helpful the instructions match so we don't need to keep confirming prior. They reached out to ensure we didn't need anything mid trip which was nice. Pricey for what we got and experienced this time around. Also $5 to exit the parking lot which is your charge to pay on top of things.
