I would strongly advise against renting from this host. A day after I returned the car, the host contacted me claiming I had scratched the front bumper and asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket or use my $500 deductible.
I informed them the scratches were already there when I picked up the vehicle, but they denied it and insisted the car wasn't handed over in that condition. Fortunately, the pre-trip check-in photos I took clearly showed the existing damage, proving I wasn't at fault. I had to escalate the issue to Turo Customer Service, who reviewed the evidence and quickly resolved the dispute in my favor.
Be extremely cautious with this host, and **always take thorough check-in photos** before driving off!

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that never opened a damage claim or dispute with Turo regarding the situation, and never asked the guest to pay a deductible or any amount.
After the trip, I noticed that the guest photos showed damage on the front bumper that was not visible in the photos we had before the trip. I contacted the guest only to ask about the damage and understand what may have happened. I also made it clear that I was not blaming anyone an was simply trying fig

Had an awesome experience renting Miky’s Lexus IS 350. The car was spotless inside and out, drove incredibly smooth, and had plenty of power while still being comfortable on longer drives. Everything worked perfectly, and you can tell it’s been well taken care of. Miky was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy.
