All was fine except for pickup. There was a reset button on the lockbox, which they could of told me to push. That would of gave the proper te sion for keys to enter code. I found this out after a representing came and pushed it, making it seem like I should of known, however if I did not see her push it after she tried to open it and asked, I would not of known she said that was optional. Could of told me that instead of trying to do it without me seeing. Not professional nor good customer relations.
