Great experience! The car was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I really enjoyed the car and would definitely rent it again. Highly recommended!

My host arrived more than hour late. She also dropped the car off at the wrong location. As a result I was late to my appointments.
When I asked her for a refund, she said the only way to get one is to leave a 5 star review.
I called customer support and they explained this was false information and to leave a one star review.
Overall, I was disappointed by my host but very satisfied by the customer support who was helpful.
