The car was good. First time I drove Hyundai, but hasn’t become my favorite. Of course it’s very subjective.
The pickup/drop off was smooth and well instructed by the host, who was reacting in general and very friendly. The car wasn’t as clean as I would expected but maybe it’s just my high standards?

To clarify, the cleanliness concern you mentioned was smudging on the windows because my husband had used a cleaning product other than glass cleaner 😬 I also let you know that you could use our monthly unlimited car wash membership at LUV car wash at no cost during your trip. I appreciate the feedback and will make sure the windows receive extra attention going forward.
The car was fantastic and in perfect condition. Kristen and her husband were amazing hosts and incredibly accommodating. They even picked me up at the airport for arrival and to do the exchange to drop off. The only thing I could say about the car is that it doesn’t have CarPlay. You have to have a USB port to connect with your iPhone but if you have a newer phone like me, it won’t work. It’s not a big deal, you just have to use the car navigation. Thanks again for everything! Will definitely use again!
