A/C has trouble in hot areas. Car got up to 123 degrees. Do not recommend traveling to a hot area. Other than that, great vehicle. Really cool hosts. Easy pickup, easy drop off, and all the perks of a Tesla.

Great service and communication, they definitely run a good service of renting out cars. Any message I sent was responded with very promptly.
The car itself definitely had a lot of wear and tear from being driven. There were several cosmetic pieces that were broken in the car, the doors creak with every opening, and the outside has it's fair share of dents and scratches. That being said the car drove just fine and there were no issues from that standpoint. My main reason for renting it was to get an EV because gas prices were/are so high and it definitely saved money compared to a gas car.
However if you're looking for a pristine rental car you may want to look elsewhere.

The car quality was OK, a few scratches on the body of the car but I was OK with that. The interior was beautiful and well maintained! I got in an accident and needed to hear from the host but I waited 24 hours and didn't hear back (just an auto response). I went in person when they were closed and they just happened to be there (lucky me!). So, I was scared, frustrated and needed help. Because the car was damaged, they gave me a different car, an old Chevy sonic that was tiny and you had to use premium gas and roll up the windows! It was funny, from a Tesla to that...
