The process was absolutely seamless and straightforward. The car rode smooth, no issues whatsoever. Got me to and back to my destination safely. The host/owner was available to answer any and every question I had which was great. The pick up process was a breeze. This was my first time renting from Turo and I will definitely do it again after this experience.
