LaJoyce was quick to respond and changed the reservation to the airport when the reservation had defaultes to her address for pickup. The fast responses were appreciated as I was teying to find the correct lot at the airport for pickup.
Car was fine. Clean and in good shape. Key fob was in a lock box on the window for easy access.
Key fob may need batteries or something. Had to use the button inside the car to open the trunk and pull door handle with fob nearby to unlock it. Had to click button on fob several times to lock the vehicle. A couple times it couldn't sense the fob so I had to put the fob on the start button then press the button to start.
