The car was beautiful, clean, and I enjoyed driving it very much. I would have liked to have specific instructions before I arrived on where the car would be located. All I received was an address, but not details on where to find it. The rental was for 4 PM and the owner was not ready until 5 PM. I also would have liked if the charging pad inside the car worked a little better. It didn’t pick up the charge for my phone most of the time and when it did, it was a slow charge. Lastly, and the most disappointing thing, was that there were no instructions on how I could listen to my music via Bluetooth. Part of the experience of driving a car is being able to listen to your own music and I was not able to do that. My phone Bluetooth was hooked up as the key to the car. I didn’t have time to reach out to the owner because I was busy and on the go all weekend. Instructions on how to connect would have been nice. I’m not sure if it was even possible because I had to use my phone Bluetooth as the key. Which was also an inconvenience because the charging pad in the car didn’t work to charge my phone so when my phone battery was low, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to unlock the car if my phone died. A physical key would be nice in the future.

We also tested the wireless charger after your trip and confirmed it works properly. Bluetooth audio can be paired through the touchscreen, and a physical key card is always available in the center armrest. We’ll continue improving our instructions for future guests.
