The quality of the car was terrible and dangerously drivable due to the dry rotten wear and tear on both rear tires that caused the car to tremble and wobble with loud noise at the rear. The host attempted to present a concern, but the actions was nothing more than a false response to appear helpful due to the vehicle never needed to be rented to a traveling customer with failed tire maintenance knowingly in advance. The host eventually stated that we can request a Turo refund which wouldn’t change the fact that our entire vacation from Florida to Nebraska was ruined because our ability to drive the vehicle outside of a safe 10-15 miles radius was limited. The vehicle host did not maintain the Turo maintenance requirements concerning safe tires of this vehicle. The vehicle terribly needed new tires and an alignment which from my vehicle experience didn’t appear to be done in years based on the dry rotten appearance of the tires especially in the rear. The host also tried to make us return the car without refunding us or transferring us to a new car which would’ve left us completed stranded in another state. This car does not appear like the advertised photo and would highly warn anyone from renting this vehicle. Im currently working on my full refund with Turo and reporting this host to be removed from the listing as the very worst Turo host I’ve ever encountered in 8 years as a dedicated Turo customer. Host was extremely unprofessional and extremely untrustworthy. Never rent this vehicle or any other vehicle from this host.

Safety is our #1 priority. When concerns are reported, we ask guests to return the vehicle immediately so Turo can assist with a replacement. This guest claimed the car was unsafe yet refused to return it and completed the trip. While we worked to address the concerns, the guest threatened lawsuits, a damaging review, and reporting us unless we sent money directly through her Cash App or Zelle. This appeared to be an attempt to pressure us for money off the platform, against Turo rules.
Car ran good, pickup and return was smooth, good communication, highly recommend host A+ service
